in which i tell the 300 year history of The Bay over the course of an entire day spent inside its Vancouver, Canada's flagship location.
it all started with a flyer that had somehow discarded itself on my bathroom floor.
after getting my food in order there was only one other place to go, and that was through the large and daunting entrance to the “auditorium.”
planet bingo is a strange place, unlike any I have ever visited.
i lost my keys, invited myself back to my date’s apartment, drank her scotch, and finally, barfed in her sink. i haven’t heard from her since.
there was “fuck” to my left, “fuck you” by the pay phone and, “fuck everyone, yeah that means you” scratched right into the painted window beside the door.
